One of the world's top producers of screw-machined and turned pin contacts, their vertically integrated site has grown to greater than 25,000 m² with all manufacturing processes undertaken in house. Manufacturing processes include screw machining, stamping, electroplating, moulding and component assembly. Additionally, all mould and stamping tools and automated assembly equipment are also fully produced in house, providing full control of quality throughout the entire manufacturing process.
Confirmation of the exceptional standards of quality are evidenced by meeting with standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, EN 9100, ISO/TS 16949 and MIL-Standard 790.

TURNED CONTACTS AND POGO PINS
Our manufacturing partner brings over 40 years of experience in screw machined and turned contacts. The processes used allow huge quantities of identical components to be produced economically and with excellent quality.
Over the years, the type and range of contacts has grown to include pogo pin contacts. These assemblies incorporate internal springs to provide a reliable electrical contact, making them ideal for battery docking stations.
